Assessment & Help

Find out what's worth fixing.

Most small businesses don't need more software. They need someone to look at how the work actually runs and tell them what's worth changing.

AI Opportunity Assessment

We start with intake review and one 60-minute discovery call. Then I look at your current tools and up to three priority workflows. What gets typed twice. What falls through the cracks. What still depends on someone remembering.

The right answer might be AI, a lightweight automation, a change to software you already use, a simpler process, or no change at all.

What you get

A written AI Opportunity Blueprint with three to five opportunities, ranked by impact, effort, cost, and risk. The business case includes what the recovered time would let you do, not just an hours-saved number.

It includes quick wins, tool recommendations, risks to watch, and a 30-day action plan. Then one 45-minute readout where we go through it and you ask questions.

Delivery is within five business days after the discovery call and receipt of the information needed.

After that, it's yours. Do it yourself, hand it to someone else, or ask me to help. The Blueprint stands on its own.

$750 fixed fee. Larger or more complex assessments are quoted separately before work begins.

Broader assessments start at $1,250 when they involve multiple teams or locations, more than three workflows, substantial system research, or extra stakeholder interviews.

Putting a fix into use

If you want help with an approved recommendation, I take on fixed-scope implementation projects. That might mean configuring a tool, building a lightweight automation, creating prompts or templates, documenting the work, or training the people who will use it.

Projects start at $1,000.

A steady sounding board

Month-to-month advisory includes one 60-minute call and up to two hours of async help each month. Questions, light research, recommendation review, or troubleshooting. You get a short written list of decisions and next actions after the call.

$400 per month.

Scope and support

Putting a fix into use

Every project gets a written scope: what is being done, how we'll know it's finished, the timeline, and the support period. Software and subscriptions are separate. No work starts without an agreed scope.

A steady sounding board

Unused time doesn't roll over. New builds, extensive research, team training, and urgent support are separate. Either side can end the arrangement before the next renewal.
